“FROM BEING A SPECIALIST TO BECOMING A LEADER” -

ROLE REVERSAL IN AN INSPIRING ATMOSPHERE,

GUIDED BY EXPERIENCED TRAINERS

 

We offer our 4-day intensive and practical training for new managers as a public course! The program is designed for developing people skills and to support the transition - from being a specialist to becoming a leader of a team. Therefore, it is the most useful for individuals who are preparing to become a manager in the near future, or for those who have recently gained a managerial position.

 

In this training we use contemporary active methods of adult training, including exercises with video (every participant will take the active role and receive feedback on their performance). 

 

Topics:

·         Personal goal-setting for development as a leader; the planning of corresponding activities.

·         Leader’s role. Expectations for a leader.

·         Leadership Pipeline and leadership capabilities.

·         Practical leadership skills: delegating and feedback; meetings and team leading (involvement and inspiration).

·         Self-management of a leader. Reflection and self-analysis.

·         The program includes independent groundwork, assignments between the trainings and post-training tasks.

  

  TRAINERS


Endel Hango

Trainer and consultant with more than 10 years of experience in team-leading and people development, certified and appreciated practioner in active methods and group leadership.

Agne Puusaar

Experienced trainer with 20 years of personal management and leadership practice, certified adults’ trainer and group leader, has long-term involvement in developing new managers.

Pricing: 950€ plus VAT (includes coffee breaks and lunches, handouts of the course material and certificates). The size of the group is 8 - 12 participants.
