TEAM COACHING

For management teams or working- groups

As a result of the training the participants´ motivation and readiness for team- work  will greatly increase, the expectations to the other team- members will be clarified, co- operation skills will improve, and the trust towards each-other, the sense of corporate identity and efficiency will increase (we will focus on the most important of one of these).

Introduction, warming up

  • co-operation competences (theory, analyses)
  • team- formation, co- operation  relations in the team (sociometric exercises)
  • the principles of team development, formation of co- operation (theory, discussions)

Goals and priorities of the team

  • goals and priorities of the team (brain- storm, discussion)
  • the importance of co-operation to goal- setting (discussion, theory)
  • the resources of the team and the growth capacity, occurring problems (brain- storms, group discussions)

The structure of the team and professional roles, expectations to each- other

  • What is my role in the team? What I expect of others? What are my resources and capacities for co- operation? (theory, self- analysis)
  • How has the co- operation worked so far? (feedback, questions and suggestions to each- other)

Anticipating and solving problems (theory, examples, discussions)

Co- operation training (video exercise+ analysis)

  • following the principles of co- operation
  • productive and less- productive roles in a group (theory, examples, discussion)

Reaching agreements in the important aspects of co-operation


The training lasts for 2 days. We also suggest that an additional training day should follow in about 6 months time in order to fix the agreements and further train the co- operation skills.

For groups of 7- 16 persons.
