Leadership capabilities.<\/li><li>Asserting oneself as a leader.<\/li><li>Basic leadership skills (building and developing relationships, clear self-expression, active listening).<\/li><li>Practical training of leadership skills with video feedback (based on the participants\u00b4 cases)<\/li><li>Delegating responsibility in motivating way<\/li><li>Feedback<\/li><li>People development, principles of non-directive development in leadership.<\/li><li>Benefits of the regular one-on-one leadership conversations and practical tips for conducting them.<\/li><li>Team leadership<\/li><li>Leadership in changing environment.<\/li><li>Self-leadership.<\/li><li>Time management.
