{"id":1893,"date":"2022-10-28T09:56:10","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T09:56:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/self.ee\/?page_id=1893"},"modified":"2022-10-28T09:56:11","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T09:56:11","slug":"team-building-and-facilitating-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/self.ee\/en\/training-courses\/team-building-and-facilitating-cooperation\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Building and Facilitating Cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>For management teams or working- groups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a&nbsp;<strong>result&nbsp;<\/strong>of the training the participants\u00b4 motivation and readiness for team- work will increase, the expectations to the other team- members will be clarified, co- operation skills will improve, and the trust towards each-other, the sense of identity and group efficiency will increase (we will focus on the most important of one of these).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introduction, warming up<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals and priorities of the team<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>goals and priorities of the team (brain- storm, discussion)<\/li><li>the importance of co-operation in executing goals (discussion, theory)<\/li><li>the resources of the team and the growth capacity, occurring problems (brain- storms, group discussions)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structure of the team and professional roles, expectations to each- other<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What is my role in the team? What I expect from others? What are my resources and capacities for co- operation? (theory, self- analysis)<\/li><li>How has the co- operation worked so far? (feedback, questions and suggestions to each- other)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clarifying expectations and solving problems (theory, examples, discussions)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co- operation training (with video feedback)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>following the principles of co- operation<\/li><li>productive and less- productive roles in a group (theory, examples, discussion)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reaching agreements in the important aspects of co-operation<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training lasts for&nbsp;<strong>2 days<\/strong>.
