A FRESH BREATH OF AIR FROM AUSTRALIA

In August we learned role training and role analysis from an old friend, Sue Daniel (Psychodrama Institute of Melbourne).

The methods of role analysis are most advanced in Australia, they are used in developing organizations as well as the performance of individuals. Role analysis helps to study constructive as well as straining roles and activities. Role training based on analysis helps to develop roles (for example the role as a leader or a team member).

This time we studied and developed roles rather long and in different ways. In Kaunas there was a two-day seminar for the „hard-nosed“ and a short workshop for the interested, in Tartu three-day comprahensive workshop for developers using action methods and a supervison for our group leader students.

A lot of new knowledge and skills for us!
