We offer our 4-day intensive and practical training for new managers as a public course!
The program is designed for developing people skills and to support the role reversal – from being a specialist to becoming a leader of a team. Therefore, it is the most useful for individuals who are preparing to become a manager in the near future, or for those who have recently gained a managerial position.
In this training we use contemporary active methods of adult training, including exercises with video-feedback. The first module is scheduled for 11 – 12 October and the second for 17 – 18 November 2016. Trainings will be held in Tallinn and you can choose between a course in Estonian or English.
Trainers are Endel Hango and Agne Puusaar.
Pricing: 950€ plus VAT (includes coffee breaks and lunches, handouts of the course material and certificates). Size of the group is from 8 up to 12 participants.
