On 18 February the general meeting of the Training and Development Company’s Association accepted the ethics code and confirmed the minimal quality demands.
With the acceptance of the documents the different demands on quality and ethics used by different companies were homogenized. Member of the board Kaido Vestenberg: “This is a long-waited step to be an even more reliable partner to our clients. We believe that other companies in our field of subject will join these principles as well”.
SELF is a member of the Training and Development Company’s Association and has helped to construct the documents. During the process we have inspected the documents and amended our own
procedures of quality management. A mutual understanding ethics principles and the minimal quality demands will surely help to sort out the market and therefore raise the efficiency of the services.
